These Flight Booking Conditions serve as the Terms & Conditions governing the agreements between you and FLIGHTSSHARP Limited, trading as a Travel Service Provider, in coordination with our partners where we act as an agent. If we are not the principal service/supplier providers or if we do not have direct contact with you, your contract will be with a third party. This depends on the package or products you purchase from us and whether they fall under the definition of a Package as outlined in the Package Travel Regulations 1992.
For the purchase of separate travel components at separate prices or at different times from various suppliers where we act solely as an agent, the monetary amounts paid to us will not be protected by the ATOL license in the event of our insolvency or the supplier’s insolvency. Any liability for defective services, injury, illness, or unfortunate incidents (God Forbid) caused by the suppliers, their agents, and/or subcontractors will not be attributed to My FLIGHTSSHARP Limited, requiring you to file a claim against the respective service provider.
These terms & conditions are applicable to the following booking conditions and for each booking package:
Tour Operators Package – When using this service, you will directly enter into a contract with the Touring Operators according to their individual Terms & Conditions. Some flights and flight-inclusive holidays/packages on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. However, please note that ATOL protection may not apply to all holiday/packages and travel services listed here. Kindly request us to confirm the protection that may apply to your specific booking. If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate, your booking will not be ATOL protected. Additionally, if all parts of your trip are not listed on the certificate, those parts will not be ATOL protected. In the case of a flight-only booking where the ticket is not issued immediately, your flight will be protected under our ATOL. It is crucial to acknowledge that FLIGHTSSHARP Limited is not liable for any increases in airfare, flight delays, cancellations, and no refund will be provided in the event of a no-show on the booked flight, regardless of the reason.
